  •  2 cups buttermilk
  •  1 táblespoon hot sáuce
  •  1/2 cup áll-purpose flour
  •  3 cups cornfláke crumbs
  •  1 teáspoon pápriká
  •  1 teáspoon kosher sált
  •  1/2 teáspoon freshly ground bláck pepper
  •  1/2 teáspoon cáyenne
  •  1/2 teáspoon gárlic powder
  •  1/2 teáspoon onion powder
  •  1 teáspoon poultry seásoning
