BEEF BURRITO





Clássic beef burrito with Spánish rice, pinto beáns ánd eásy cárne ásádá filling thát’s perfect for dinner tonight or for meál prepping.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves gárlic minced
  • 3 Táblespoons tomáto páste
  • 1/2 Táblespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teáspoon chili powder
  • 1 teáspoon dried oregáno
  • 1/2 teáspoon sált
  • 2 Táblespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup wáter
  • 2 cups prepáred Mexicán rice
  • 1 15 oz. cán refried beáns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddár cheese
  • 8 Táblespoons sour creám
  • 8 lárge 10-inch flour tortillás


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. In á lárge skillet, over medium-high heát, ádd ground beef, onion ánd gárlic to skillet. Cook ánd crumble beef ánd cook until no longer pink. Dráin greáse.
