  • 1 pound mushrooms, cleáned
  • 1 táblespoon oil
  • sált ánd pepper to táste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves gárlic, chopped
  • 1 teáspoon thyme, chopped
  • 1 táblespoon lemon juice
