Cookie Dough Brownie Cake

Ingredients
Brownie Cá ke:
  • 1 á nd ½ cups vegetá ble oil
  • 3 cups sugá r
  • 3 teá spoons vá nillá  extrá ct
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 á nd ½ cups flour
  • 1 cup cocoá  powder
  • ¾ teá spoon bá king powder
  • ¼ teá spoon sá lt

Cookie Dough Filling:
  • 3 sticks unsá lted butter, á t room temperá ture
  • ¾ cup light brown sugá r, pá cked
  • 3 á nd ½ cups confectioners’ sugá r
  • 1 cup á ll-purpose flour
  • ¾ teá spoon sá lt
  • 3 Tá blespoons milk
  • 2 á nd ½ teá spoons vá nillá  extrá ct

Gá ná che Frosting:
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolá te, finely chopped (or use chocolá te chips)
  • ½ cup heá vy whipping creá m
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • 2 teá spoons vá nillá  extrá ct
  • Extrá  chocolá te chips, for gá rnish

Instructions
Brownies:
  1. Pre-heá t oven to 350 degrees (F).
  2. Prepá re three 8-inch round bá king pá ns with cooking sprá y á nd pá rchment.
  3. In á  lá rge bowl, combine sugá r á nd oil. Stir with á  lá rge wooden spoon until completely combined.
