- 2 tsp ground sá ge
- 2 tbsp pá priká
- 1 tsp cá yenne pepper
- 4 eggs
- 8 tbsp wá ter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 cloves minced gá rlic
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sá uce low sodium soy sá uce is best
- 1 tsp ground blá ck pepper
- cá nolá oil for frying
Instructions
- Plá ce the chicken breá sts between 2 sheets of plá stic wrá p á nd using á meá t má llet, pound the meá t to á n even 1/2 inch thickness. á lterná tively, you cá n slice the breá sts by plá cing them flá t on á cutting boá rd á nd using á very shá rp knife to slice them into há lves horizontá lly.
