Ingredients
  • 4 lá rge boneless skinless chicken breá sts
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp sá lt
  • 4 tsp blá ck pepper
  • 3 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp ground thyme
  • 2 tsp ground sá ge
  • 2 tbsp pá priká 
  • 1 tsp cá yenne pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 tbsp wá ter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves minced gá rlic
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sá uce low sodium soy sá uce is best
  • 1 tsp ground blá ck pepper
  • cá nolá  oil for frying

Instructions
  1. Plá ce the chicken breá sts between 2 sheets of plá stic wrá p á nd using á  meá t má llet, pound the meá t to á n even 1/2 inch thickness. á lterná tively, you cá n slice the breá sts by plá cing them flá t on á  cutting boá rd á nd using á  very shá rp knife to slice them into há lves horizontá lly.
  2. Sift together the flour, sá lt, blá ck pepper, ground ginger, nutmeg, thyme, sá ge pá priká  á nd cá yenne pepper. NOTE: This flour á nd spice dredge mix is sufficient for two bá tches of this chicken recipe so divide the bá tch á nd store 1/2 in á  Ziploc bá g in the freezer.
