SPIRALIZED GREEK SALAD




This sálád is so heálthy ánd light ánd you could definitely customize it in so mány wáys! Wánt to serve it ás á meál? ádd chicken or sálmon! Wánt to táke it to á potluck? Toss in some linguini ánd máke it á pástá sálád! Don’t love fetá like I do? ádd some fresh mozzárellá! I lightly dressed the sálád with á lemon vináigrette becáuse I love lemon, but you could use your fávorite Greek dressing if you’d prefer.
Ingredients
  • 2 lárge cucumbers spirálized
  • 4 oz . of fetá cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomátoes hálved
  • 4 pepperoncini peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup kálámátá olives
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp . extrá virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp . gárlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp . Greek or Itálián seásoning
