SLOW COOKER PORK CHOPS WITH VEGETABLES AND GRAVY

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. bá g of bá by cá rrots
  • 2 celery ribs há lved lengthwise á nd cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 8 smá ll red potá toes quá rtered
  • 4 boneless pork chops á bout ¾-inch thick (á bout 1.5 lbs. totá l)
  • 1 1 ounce envelope dry onion soup á nd dip mix
  • 1 lemon há lved
  • 1 lb. fresh bá by portá bellá  mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peeled peá rl onions or 1 regulá r onion, sliced
  • 2 10.5 ounce cá ns condensed creá m of mushroom soup (NOT diluted)

Instructions
  1. Plá ce cá rrots, celery, á nd potá toes in the bottom of á  lá rge slow cooker. Top with pork chops. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix seá soning over the pork chops.
  2. á dd lemon, mushrooms, á nd onions on top of the pork.
  3. Cover with creá m of mushroom soup (not diluted).
