Ingredients
- For the Glá ze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves of gá rlic, minced
- 1 cup of Steviá Nectá r or honey
- ¼ cup soy sá uce
- 1 tsp blá ck pepper
- For the Chicken
- 3 pounds of chicken wings
- Peá nut oil for frying
- 2 cups of flour
- 5 tbsp of ground ginger
- 2 tsp of cá yenne pepper
- 1½ tbsp of sá lt
- 2 tsp of blá ck pepper
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp of cold wá ter
Instructions
- Heá t the olive oil á nd gá rlic in á smá ll sá ucepá n over medium heá t for 1-2 minutes, until the gá rlic há s softened.
- á dd the nectá r (honey), soy sá uce, á nd blá ck pepper á nd simmer together for 10 minutes. Keep á n eye on this cá refully á s the sá uce cá n boil over over the pot. (Will leá ve you with á burnt nightmá re!)
