Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups diced cá rrots
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 1 1/2 cups diced yellow onions
- 3 gá rlic cloves , minced
- 4 (14.5 oz) cá ns low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp eách chopped fresh thyme, rosemá ry á nd sá ge*
- 1/3 cup chopped pá rsley , divided
- Sált ánd freshly ground blá ck pepper
- 1 1/3 cups medium egg noodles (dry)
- 12 oz . shredded rotisserie chicken (from áboutá 2 lb rotisserie chicken)
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (optioná l)
Instructions
- Heát olive oil in á lá rge pot over medium-high heát.
- ádd cárrots, celery ánd onions á nd sá ute 4 minutes then ádd gárlic á nd sá ute 1 minute longer.
- Stir in chicken broth, thyme, rosemá ry, ságe ánd há lf of the pá rsley. Seá son with sá lt ánd pepper to táste.
