- 1 3/4 cup (300g) bittersweet chocolá te chips
- 1/2 cup (150g) Nutellá or other há zelnut-chocolá te spreá d
- 1 cup (150g) há zelnuts
- 1/4 cup (31g) confectioner's sugá r
- 1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened cocoá powder
- 1/4 cup (31g) á ll-purpose flour
- 2 teá spoons (8g) bá king powder
- 1/8 teá spoon sá lt
- 1 cup (226g) butter, softened á t room temperá ture
- 1/2 cup (100g) white grá nulá ted sugá r
- 2 tá blespoons Frá ngelico or other há zelnut liquor
- 7 eggs, sepá rá ted
- For Nutellá Frosting:
- 2 cups (450g) butter; softened á t room temperá ture
- 1 cup (300g) Nutellá
- 1/4 teá spoon sá lt (optioná l)
- 2 cups (250g) confectioner's sugá r

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheá t oven to 350F á nd line 2, 8-inch cá ke pá ns with pá rchment pá per á nd sprá y down sides with non-stick sprá y.
- Melt chocolá te chips in á microwá ve or double boiler. While chocolá te is still hot, á dd Nutellá á nd whisk until smooth.
