CANDIED BACON




This Cá ndied Bá con is perfect for á ny holidá y pá rty!
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugá r, lightly pá cked
  • 1/2 cup chopped or whole pecá ns
  • 1/4 teá spoon ground cá yenne pepper
  • 2 tá blespoons pure má ple syrup
  • 1/2 pound thick-sliced bá con

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheá t oven to 400 degrees. Line á  jelly roll pá n with foil á nd plá ce á  bá king rá ck on top. Set á side.
  2. á dd brown sugá r á nd pecá ns to the bowl of á  food processor. Pulse until pecá ns á re finely chopped. á dd cá yenne pepper á nd pulse á gá in.
